The Standard Terms and Conditions for the Hotel and Catering Industry (STCH) which are registered with the District Court and the Chamber of Commerce and Industry in the Hague apply to all our reservations and transactions.

Cancellations made up to 24 hours before arrival day are free of charge unless otherwise determined at time of booking. Please note: your arrival day starts at 00:00 AM (CET)! In case of a cancellation less than 24 hours before the arrival date or in case of a no-show, the total reservation value will be charged to the credit card provided. From 3 reserved rooms and up different cancellation terms apply.
